Principal's Message

Dear Big Mac Students, Parents, and Community,

It is my pleasure to welcome everyone back for another exciting year at Canon-McMillan High School.  While a lot has changed in the world these last few months, our steadfast commitment to our students, their health and safety, and our community has not.  We remain steadfast in providing our students with a world class education while ensuring that their safety and health is paramount in any decision that we make.  As we progress through these next few weeks, months, and school year we will collaboratively work together to ensure our students will receive that world class education in person, as part of a hybrid model, and/or as part of online learning.  Please know that we will share these details with you as soon as possible and work with our students to ensure their success.

Regardless of where our students are in their high school experience, this new school year gives them an opportunity to work on their legacy as a student of Canon-McMillan High School.  We encourage our students to take full advantage of our rigorous and relevant academic program and couple that experience with our athletic program and our extra-curricular activities.  Each of these opportunities are designed to assist our students in developing their core values, identity, leadership skills, social interactions, and their academic success and goals.

Please know that we are here to help our students throughout their high school career.  I, along with my fellow administrators, our dedicated teaching staff, our caring counselors, and our support staff will be with them every step of the way to ensure their success.

We are looking forward to welcoming our students and staff back into the building and to continue to work with and support our students in achieving their academic goals and dreams.

Kenneth E. Crowley
