South Central's School Spirit Week was held February 13-17 and their theme was LOVE:

Monday - PJ Day -- "Snuggle up and see the LOVE around you" (PTA bought sunglasses for the students)

Tuesday - Valentine's Day - "Spread the LOVE" - wear Red or Pink and bring a Valentine for your class (PTA provided a snack and drink)

Wednesday - "Show the LOVE for your favorite team" - Wear your favorite teams shirt (PTA bought sports themed stress balls)

Thursday - "We LOVE our school" - Wear Blue & Gold (PTA bought SC Stickers)

Friday - Random Act of Kindness Day "Sending LOVE to our community" Wear a shirt with kind words. (They wrapped up the Food Drive on Friday)
The fire department, police department, head of the food bank and some South Central students loaded up the food and then the police and fire dept. delivered to the food bank. South Central raised 2065 non-perishable food items. The top classroom were fourth grade Miss. Strain and second grade Mr. Pastorius. These two classes received a special prize for being the top two rooms.
