Canon-McMillan's Anthony Bellino has officially committed to Northern Ohio University. He got recruited to play Rocket League and will be receiving a scholarship to attend.
This season captain Anthony Bellino and his Rocket League team competed in the PlayVS Eastern Region. They faced off against 88 other schools from all across the east coast. They just finished their regular season with a perfect 8-0 record, defeating a new previously undefeated team each week. They are the only undefeated team at 8-0. Anthony and his team will start their playoff run in mid-April. They'll be looking to win a spot into the National PlayVS Cup where they can win scholarship money and a national championship for Canon-McMillan. Assistant to the Superintendent/Director of Curriculum for 7-12 Mr. Ken Crowley commends Anthony on this first Canon-McMillan School District achievement,
