  • JV/Varsity Cross Country Meet VS. Peters on 10/8/2020 at home:
    • Both the boys and the girls cross country teams took their records to 4 wins-5 losses yesterday with wins over Peters Township.
    • The girls team was led by a first place finish for Maya Kearns in a time of 21:26.
    • Close behind were Elisabeth Franczyk 21:48, Anna Sheppard 22:10, Addy Yaeger 22:29, and Erin DeLong 22:35.
    • Emily Skoczlas and Lorien Walker completed the scoring.
    • The boys team won with a close pack of Matt Thomas 3rd, Doron Wudkwych 4th, Max Thomas 5th, Anthony Abbott 6th, Drew McGee 7th. Caleb Chaplik and Jordan Gasper completed the scoring.

 

  • JV/Varsity Girls Volleyball VS. Baldwin on 10/8/2020 at Baldwin:
    • 2 AAAA....Final Score: CM 3 Baldwin 1....CM Record: 4-5

  • Varsity Boys Soccer VS. Brashear on 10/8/2020 at home:
    • ???????The Canon Mac Boys Soccer team faced the Brashear Bulls at home Tuesday night.
      • Mason Le broke open the scoring when he collected a deflection and sent the ball into the opposite corner of the goal in the 33rd minute.
      • Next, with just 1:54 left in the first half, Owen Maher scored a header off a beautiful corner kick from Brock Keifer for the 2-0 lead.
      • At the beginning of the second half, Joey Fonagy beat the defense for the 3rd goal of the game at 34:55. Mason Le had the assist on this score.
      • Just minutes later, Fonagy took a beautiful pass from Anthony Bellino and buried it far post for his 2nd of the game and a 4-0 lead.
      • Fonagy notched the hat trick in the 25th minute on another great assist from Bellino.
      • At the 15 min mark, sophomore, Jacob Glancy, earned his first varsity goal off an assist from Brock Keifer to make it 6-0.
      • The clean sheet was recorded by Kaden Reamer and Ian Thomas in the victory.
      • The boys continue section play Saturday at Big Mac Stadium when they take on Upper St Clair in a battle for 2nd place.
