Dear Canon-McMillan Community,
Earlier this evening, the district was alerted of a Safe 2 Say about a potential horseplay incident involving a BB gun that may have occurred on school property. The results of that investigation are still ongoing and the North Strabane Township Police Department is still determining what may have transpired and where the incident took place. Due to the investigation, people may have noticed a police presence at Canonsburg Memorial Stadium. At no time was anyone in danger.
We appreciate the person who “saw something and said something” earlier this evening by reporting this tip to Safe 2 Say and for the prompt response of our local police departments.
