As part of the SWPBIS initiative at Borland Manor Elementary School, the Fourth Grade students were invited to apply to be postmasters in their inaugural PAWS Post mail delivery service. Students had to be in good academic and behavioral standing. Slated to align with Teacher Appreciation Week (which is celebrated the week of May 22 at Borland Manor), students wrote postcards to their favorite teachers and staff members past and present. Throughout the week, selected Fourth Graders took time to sort and deliver the mail to the deserving staff members. Borland Manor hopes to continue the PAWS Post throughout the next school year! The PBIS Team consists of Mrs. Marella McConnell, Ms. Adrienne John, Mrs. Megan Hoffman, Mrs. Shannon Cimarolli, Mrs. Bethany West, Mrs. Rebecca Thompson, Mrs. Heidi Pastore, Mrs. Ava Hoefler, and Borland Manor parents Mel McGurty and Mariah Ledesma.
