Commitment to professional growth and development
Record of excellence in teaching, as demonstrated by administrative observations
Actively involved in their school and community, such as serving on committees, coaching extracurricular activities, student teaching supervision or mentoring new teachers
Helps with curriculum writing and/or contributions to the academic integrity of the school
Works cooperatively with their teaching colleagues, the staff and the administration
Role model for their students and colleagues, embodying the values of respect, integrity and dedication
Ability to inspire and motivate students
